It is a crime to pollute (throwing food scraps etc.) any body of water in the state of Florida.
Those caught may be prosecuted.
If you see someone abusing the Plantation Preserve property please call the Sheriff's Office immediately! If you know their address call Randy Diveley at 239-481-1577 to file a report. Your identity will be kept anonymous.
PARKING IN THE GRASS AND ON THE SIDEWALKS HAS BECOME AN ISSUE AND VIOLATIONS WILL BE ISSUED AND VIOLATORS TOWED
Passes are REQUIRED to park on the street AND DRIVEWAY AND GAREAGE MUST BE FULL.
Parking at pool area must be approved for more than 24 hours.
VIOLATORS MAY BE SUBJECT TO TOWING!
PLEASE WATCH YOUR SPEED. CHECK TWICE FOR CHILDREN.
