Homeowners Association Board of Directors

Our Mission

Our goals as the Board of Directors of the Plantation Preserve Home Owners Association, are to manage common or shared property, protect owners' property values, provide services to residents, and develop a sense of community through social activities and amenities.

Meeting Time

Our HOA meetings are held at the community pool on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 6 pm. Please join us, as this is a great way to familiarize yourself with upcoming plans, activities, and how you can get involved with the efforts which continue to improve our community.

Meeting Minutes

Our HOA Board of Directors keep a record of all information and decisions made at each meeting and saves the information as the “minutes” of the meeting and provides access to them to our Plantation Preserve homeowners through our secured portal.

Property Management Company

Plantation Preserve’s property management company is CRM - Compass Rose Management.

A CAM, Community Association Manager, from CRM is present at each monthly HOA Board of Directors meeting.

CAM Walk-Throughs
The CAM from CRM walks the entire community supervising property maintenance, takes notes, and then if needed notifies homeowners to ensure properties at Plantation Preserve are properly maintained.

Key duties of a community association manager include the following:

• Supervising property maintenance and upkeep of facilities and amenities

• Providing administrative support to the Board of Directors and other owners

• Overseeing financial management and budget tracking
